Orion is a secure, easy way to run performance reporting & review your account information. From the dashboard you can view and monitor your portfolio allocation, performance, and transaction history, as well as run reports on specific accounts or your portfolio as a whole.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS THROUGH ORION?
Your advisor must perform initial set-up on the Orion account portal. Please contact your advisor to request access. Your advisor will require the email address you wish to use to access your new account portal.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT I HAVE ACCESS TO MY NEW ORION ACCOUNT PORTAL?
You will receive an email that includes your username and a link to complete your setup process. For security purposes, the link will expire after 7 days. The email will be sent from [email protected] so please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email notice in your inbox. If you are not able to access the link and complete your setup process within 7 days of the notice, please contact your advisor to request a new email and link be sent to you.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD?
You can reset your account access credentials by clicking the “Trouble Logging In?” link on the account login page. This page will provide you with options for resetting access and will generate the appropriate email to reset your account access credentials. You can also contact your advisor for assistance resetting your account access credentials.
CAN MULTIPLE MEMBERS OF MY HOUSEHOLD HAVE THEIR OWN USER?
Yes. We can create as many users as you wish with unique user IDs. Each user can have access to the entire household, or specified accounts. Please contact your advisor if you wish to set up access for other members of your household.
WHY CAN’T I SEE ALL MY ACCOUNTS IN ORION ACCOUNT PORTAL?
Accounts are assigned to each portal user based on the accounts in a portfolio. If new accounts have been opened since the portfolio was created, it is possible that they were not included when the portal user was created. Please contact your advisor if you see discrepancies and wish to include additional accounts in your portal.
IS THERE A MOBILE APP?
Yes & it’s FREE! However, initial setup and registration must be completed prior to using the mobile app. You can download the app at the Android or Apple app store by searching for Orion Mobile. Upon installation, your Orion Mobile app will appear on your smartphone.

As a reminder, in accessing or completing electronic forms and surveys, you should use a computer operating system that has a firewall (software that is designed to prevent unauthorized access to your computer by blocking suspicious people or websites) and that it is turned on and up-to-date.
