With over a decade of experience in the finance and banking industries, Dustin Stephens has built a career marked by a commitment to exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of credit dynamics. His career began in 2015 on the teller line at Sunflower Bank, where he fostered strong client relationships through daily interactions. Transitioning to American AgCredit in 2017, he immersed himself in agricultural lending, assuming roles such as Credit Analyst and Commercial Underwriter. Serving America’s farmers and ranchers proved immensely rewarding. He resumed his career in traditional banking with Fidelity Bank, where he specialized in real estate and personalized finance solutions.

Dustin graduated from Wichita State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management. Now a valued member of the PCIA team, he is eager to utilize his expertise to assist clients in the Wichita marketplace. Dustin’s goal is to empower individuals and families with personalized financial plans, leveraging the latest resources to help them achieve their goals confidently.

Beyond his professional endeavors, he is passionate about content creation within the Esports community which is growing rapidly. Dustin also enjoys playing in a basketball league that he has been a part of since 2013. Balancing his professional pursuits with personal interests, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young boys. His family serves as a constant source of inspiration, propelling him to excel both personally and professionally.
