As Director of M&A and Advisor Recruiting for Prime Capital Investment Advisors (PCIA), Grant provides project management and oversight throughout the origination, due diligence, transition and integration phases of acquisitions and advisor recruits joining Prime Capital.

Grant Spencer has been in the financial services industry since 2016. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte, NC where he supported the origination, structuring and implementation of debt financing transactions across all industry sectors. Next, Grant spent 4 years in the Financial Institutions Group at Dimensional Fund Advisors in Austin, TX where he has focused on strategy, business development and relationship management.

Grant is passionate about financial services because of the impact that his work has on people. He enjoys helping to build an organization that provides the absolute best service and experience for their clients.

Grant earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Rice University.

In his free time, Grant enjoys being outdoors with his wife Melanie and their 2 vizslas named Chili and Pepper. Grant is an avid traveler (25+ countries), runner and Kansas City sports fan.
