As a Managing Partner of 20/20 Financial Advisers of Delaware, Howard provides financial evaluations for individuals and businesses, estate and insurance planning, charitable giving strategies, investment planning and asset allocation, and cash flow management through his registration with Private Client Services and fee-based investment advisory services offered through Prime Capital Investment Advisors.

Howard educates his clients and the general public through financial planning strategies and retirement lectures. He has been a guest lecturer for the Kennett Square Senior Center, International Federation of Designers Association, and Teamsters Local 107.

Howard earned a degree in Finance from the University of Tampa. Howard has also earned the Agency Management Training Council certification from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and holds the following securities licenses: Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses. He currently holds Life and Health Insurance licenses in Alabama, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Howard resides in Pennsylvania with his wife Catherine. They have two grown daughters Amber and Sydney. Howard enjoys gardening, sailing, and Master’s swimming. Howard has worked as a volunteer with local schools, YMCA Good Kids, and is on the board of the Jennersville YMCA.
