As Director of Human Resources, Tricia Cooper has a passion for helping others. Her mission is to provide high-quality professional development and hands-on training with a sense of warmth, friendliness, accessibility, individual pride, and PCIA spirit. She also strives to train, develop and educate in order to promote individual success for each team member and advisor, and increase the overall value to PCIA and the clients they serve.
Tricia attended Trinity Baptist College where she studied early childhood education before starting her career in management, training, and human resources roles with various companies. Her love for teaching and training started in Middle School when she would help teach preschool classes and develop training plans for teachers. She likes the challenge of tailoring the teaching for all learning types and seeing the light bulb go off when someone “gets it”.
Tricia lives in Nashville, TN with her husband David and two children Eli and Eliana. When not loudly cheering her daughter on at the softball field or quietly cheering her son on at a Trap Shoot, she can be found reading a suspenseful book on her Kindle. She also loves to sing, cook, watch Chicago Wednesday, and enjoy a good cup of hot tea.
