Ahead of this week’s CPI and retail sales data, Director of Investments Will McGough returned to ReutersTV to discuss how these numbers might impact the likelihood of the Fed cutting rates before the next policy meeting in September.
McGough said that the U.S. Federal Reserve “needs to take action and get on board with what the data is showing” by cutting rates, perhaps before its next policy meeting in September.
